Your New RoleAs the Customer Service & Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone. You'll assist with enquiries, provide product information, process orders and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance while playing a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch.Key responsibilities include: /n /n

- Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom

/n

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

/n

- Processing orders and maintaining customer records

/n

- Using CRM and internal systems to manage customer information

/n

- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

/n

- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer needs

/n





- Supporting general administration and branch operations

/n What You'll Need to Succeed/n /n

- Previous customer service experience is essential

/n

- Retail or showroom experience is advantageous but not required

/n

- Confidence using technology, CRM systems or the ability to learn new systems quickly

/n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- A positive attitude with resilience and a proactive approach

/n

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- $55,000-$60,000 + Superannuation
