/n We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team for a 12 month fixed term contract. /n Based in our busy Australian head office located in Sydney CBD, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team. /n

Responsibilities/n

/n /n

- This position will work across the customer service department on various tasks/duties to achieve greater efficiencies while operating within company guidelines and with a customer focus.

/n

- Accurately and professionally process customer requests, in an efficient and timely manner within the customer service team.

/n

- Participate in all areas of Export and Import Cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.

/n

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

/n

- Assist in resolving enquiries for both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner related to Shipment, documentation, Invoices and claims.

/n

- Comply and follow Hapag-Lloyd standard operating procedures and local area guideline to perform their task as customer service coordinator.

- Basic work experience in liner shipping or freight forwarding.

- Knowledge of/proficiency with specific CRMS, and user application systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
