About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team at Hansen Design and Print in Ararat, VIC on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital part in ensuring their experience with us is seamless and positive. You will support the smooth operation of our business by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect from us.

What you'll be doing

- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Providing product and service information to customers and assisting with their selection
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback




- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Reliability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is highly desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
