Recent changes within the business now present an exciting opportunity to join a market leading supplier for the role of Customer Service – Sales.

The role does involve service and support to a diverse customer base.

We are looking for a candidate that is reliable, can work as part of a team, has great attention to detail and excellent communication skills whilst also enjoying a challenge. A great work workplace and on the job training make this an opportunity not to be missed.

Key Responsibilities - OVERVIEW

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
- Address customer enquiries and order processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer order placement
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work space and reception area




- Ensure all sales orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the smooth progress of sales orders from entry to delivery.
- Provide sales and technical support to external sales staff
- Support the movement of inventory between picking, packing, and shipping areas
- Be aware of and strive to contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement and maintain business processes and drive continuous improvement

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
