About the Role:

Event Force (part of ACESGroup) are a leading provider of customer experience solutions to the venues and events industry. The business continues to grow as a partner of choice to the industry for high quality customer service.

We are seeking casual event staff to join us on our growth journey for work at McDonald Jones Stadium, including at the upcoming Foo Fighters, Robbie Williams and Guns N Roses Concerts.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

This is casual employment in line with venue event schedules. Shifts typically occur on nights and weekends and shift lengths are generally between 4 and 6 hours. Event Force works with a range of venues and events, and ongoing casual event work is available for high-performing team members into the summer season and 2027.

You will be:

- Ushering
- Scanning tickets
- Providing directions
- Managing queues
- Selling and preparing merchandise
- Taking Customer Orders (via a digital Point of Sale system)
- Selling tickets and managing ticketing resolutions

Applicants should highlight relevant or transferable experience in these roles.

What you need:

- Must be available to work:
- Thursday 12th November 2026 (from 3:45pm)
- Tuesday 17th November 2026 (from 3:45pm)
- Tuesday 8th December 2026 (from 4:45pm)

- Customer service experience
- Reliability, punctuality,



and attention to detail
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (not required but highly desirable)
- Event ushering and merchandise experience (not required but highly desirable)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- The ability to follow procedures
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
