We're a proudly Australian, family-run business headquartered on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and we're expanding quick. We're looking for a personable, organised Customer Service Assistant to help us keep delivering the service our childcare customers count on.

About the Role

You'll report to our Customer Service / Sales Support Coordinator and be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our customers, from onboarding through to order fulfilment. Our deliveries are time-critical, so your early start will often begin with customer queries about the day's orders. It's a great fit if you enjoy solving problems, building relationships and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

- Respond to customer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve issues with orders, food deliveries, equipment and our website, working with other teams to get fast outcomes




- Set up and maintain customer accounts and records in our CRM and databases
- Support the sales team with customer-related activities
- Prepare reports and handle filing and data entry
- Help us improve our processes and procedures as we grow

What You'll Bring

- Experience in customer service, sales support or coordination
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confidence staying calm and solution-focused when a customer has an urgent issue
- CRM experience, or a genuine willingness to learn
- The right to work in Australia
- Childcare industry experience is a plus, but not essential
