We’re a close-knit, hands-on team that cares about quality, both in our products and in the service we give our customers. /n /n The opportunity /n We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team on site, starting ASAP and running until January.

Reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our orders moving. If you’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy working with customers, we’d love to hear from you. /n /n The role at a glance /n /n

- 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday /n
- 7:00am to 3:00pm /n
- On site in Revesby (this role isn’t remote or hybrid) /n
- Casual, through to January /n
- Reports to the Customer Service & Supply Manager

/n /n /n What you’ll be doing /n /n

- Being the go-to contact for customers, making sure every enquiry is handled quickly and accurately Processing purchase orders and doing accurate data entry across our systems /n
- Working with suppliers and teams across the business to keep orders on track /n




- Supporting reporting and keeping our data clean and reliable

/n /n /n What you’ll bring /n /n

- A strong customer service background and a customer-first attitude /n
- Excellent attention to detail, because accuracy matters here /n
- Confidence with systems, processes and Excel /n
- Clear, professional written and spoken English, with customers and internal teams alike /n
- A “systems mindset”: you like to understand how things work and how to make them work better

/n /n /n University students welcome! /n If you’re studying, you’ll need: /n /n

- Some customer service experience and an understanding of what good customer service looks like /n
- To be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment /n
- To commit to the same 3 days every week (Tue, Wed, Thu) until January
