Remuneration: ASO2 ($66,442 - $69,504) plus 12% superannuation The Office of the Chief Executive is seeking a Customer Service Officer to play a key role in ensuring enquiries and feedback are handled with professionalism, care and efficiency. Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will be the first point of contact in the Complaints and Feedback Management Unit, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to respond accurately and promptly to a diverse range of enquiries will help ensure complaints, compliments and feedback are managed in a responsive and effective way.

This role will suit someone who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and understands the importance of listening carefully and communicating with clarity. In this role, you will:

- Manage a high volume of correspondence and enquiries, working independently and meeting established timeframes
- Provide clear advice, information and referrals to help people navigate their enquiries
- Prioritise feedback using sound judgement to determine the right pathway and need for escalation
- Contribute to continuous improvement across customer service and records management
- Assist with Office of the Chief Executive reception duties, managing a range of enquiries and supporting day-to-day operations.

- You have experience delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support
- You bring a strong eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow established processes and address errors if they arise
- You demonstrate sound interpersonal skills and build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- You communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- You are skilled in using a range of computer applications and systems.
