Your new role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch. You will provide professional service and support while assisting with a range of day-to-day banking transactions and enquiries.

- Delivering high-quality face-to-face customer service
- Processing financial transactions and cash handling activities
- Assisting customers with account enquiries and banking services
- Supporting branch operations as required
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues




- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, banking or service-based environment
- Strong cash-handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-focused approach
- Flexibility and reliability to work across multiple branch locations when required
- A willingness to work on an on-call casual basis with no guaranteed minimum hours
