Job Duties Include

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently - this could involve use of different systems and manual operations

- Managing customer inquiries via phone and email

- Liaison with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams to see orders through to completion

- Preparing invoices and credit notes

- Generating daily reports and maintaining customer records





- Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets to coordinate tasks

- General admin support and a versatile approach to work job duties - if the job is there it needs to be done

You Will Need

- To have good strong customer service skills and an attitude that promotes getting the job done calmly and efficiently

- Ideally a manufacturing background

- Aptitude to cope with different systems and manual operations

- Good strong excel skills

- Attention to detail and a real can-do attitude
- An ability to lead the team at times though this is certainly a hands-on role
- The skill to juggle multiple tasks at once and remain focused

- Someone who brings a smile to work every day - a great team player
