This is a full-time, on-site role, five days a week in Chatswood, with flexible start and finish times.

This is a newly created role driven by our growth, so you'll be joining at a time when there is plenty to build and be part of.

The role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and part of a close-knit Customer Service team. Day to day, you will:

- Respond to customers by email, phone and social media direct messages, quickly and accurately
- Prepare quotes for custom packaging projects, including for some of Australia's and the world's biggest brands
- Look up orders and resolve enquiries using Gorgias and Shopify
- Handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Work closely with the rest of the CS team so every customer gets a fast, consistent answer





About you

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- You believe the customer comes first, and you're friendly, caring and empathetic with everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail: no spelling or grammar mistakes, and customer names are always spelled correctly
- Comfortable with customer service ticketing systems and similar software (we use Gorgias, Shopify, Slack and Google Drive)
- Able to reliably commute to Chatswood NSW 2067 five days a week
- Authorised to work in Australia

- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Super
