DSSE is a leading supplier of premium furniture and equipment, supporting beauty, hair and wellness businesses across Australia.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Customer Service & Administration All-Rounder to join our Melbourne team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

About the Role

As part of our small, collaborative team, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Providing qualified, friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assisting customers with product information, availability and delivery enquiries.
- Coordinating with our warehouse and logistics partners regarding orders and dispatch.
- Managing customer enquiries relating to deliveries, warranties and after-sales support.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Assisting with general administration and daily office operations.
- Supporting the wider team with various tasks as required.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude,



excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to help.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
- Strong computer literacy
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Odoo, will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Knowledge of the hair, beauty or salon industry is an advantage, although not required.
