- Potential for a permanent prospect for the right candidate Our client, a well-established supplier within the trade sector, is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career with a reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone

- Process customer orders and respond to product, pricing and stock enquiries
- Follow-up sales and technical enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Liaise with internal sales and account management teams regarding pricing, discounts and customer requirements
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally
- Assist with stock control and general showroom upkeep
- Coordinate customer communications and provide timely updates
- Support a safe and professional working environment
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge workshops as required About You - Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, reception or internal sales




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
- Experience within the industrial, construction, manufacturing or trade sectors will be highly regarded What's on Offer?
