About the role

Local Electrician Sydney is a growing, family-owned electrical, plumbing and air conditioning business servicing customers across Sydney. We are looking for a professional, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing office team. This is a permanent work-from-home position, ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated and enjoys speaking with customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, so having a friendly, confident and professional phone manner is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Answering inbound customer enquiries and phone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Following up existing enquiries and warm leads
- Booking and scheduling jobs for technicians
- Coordinating with electricians, plumbers and air conditioning technicians
- Keeping customers updated regarding appointments and technician arrival times
- Assisting customers with general enquiries
- Helping convert enquiries into booked jobs
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally




- Entering and updating customer information and job details
