Join our Malaga team in a customer focused role supporting clients and our sales team across print, signage and promotional products.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping with enquiries, supporting our sales team and keeping day-to-day administration moving.

Direction Design & Print produces commercial print, signage and promotional merchandise for businesses across WA and Australia, so no two days are quite the same.

The role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Malaga premises, calling or emailing. You’ll assist with enquiries, gather the information needed by our sales team and follow up with customers to keep orders and enquiries moving. The role also includes general administration, invoicing, payment processing and day-to-day support for the wider team.

You’ll need to keep accurate records, manage competing priorities and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.

About you





You’ll have at least two years of experience in customer service, reception or administration. You’re comfortable speaking with customers, confident using different systems and able to learn recent processes. We’re looking for someone who:

- Takes responsibility for their work and follows things through
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has strong attention to detail
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Asks questions when information is missing rather than making assumptions
- Is comfortable working as part of a busy team

Experience in the print, signage or promotional products industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
