About Us

Stanton and Treby is family owned National Sales Agency operating in the Pharmacy Channel for leading health and beauty brands. Our Tingalpa team is busy, close-knit and focused on giving customers fast, accurate service. We're looking for an organised, switched-on person to join us in a new Customer Service Sales Support role.

About the Role

This is a part-time, office-based role at our Tingalpa office. The pace is fast and efficiency is king. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and clients, and you'll make sure every order, enquiry and email is handled quickly and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

- Take and process customer orders by phone, email and other channels
- Respond to customer and client enquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage the customer database in our CRM system, INZANT, every day
- Send and receive email correspondence with customers and clients
- Keep order records and customer details accurate and up to date
- Support the sales team with admin and follow-ups as needed
- Support Field team with tools required including POS, bootstock etc
- Manage sample and bootstock for the QLD office

About You

- You're proficient across the full Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)




- You've worked with a CRM system before. INZANT experience is a bonus, but we'll train you
- You've worked in customer service, sales support or office admin
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle competing priorities
- You're efficient and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone
- You're reliable and proactive, and you take pride in getting things right the first time
- You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a small team

What We Offer

- Part-time hours: [3 days / 22.8 hours per week, e.g. Monday to Wednesday, 9am–5pm]
- Adaptable working hours considered i.e. 3.5 days reduced hours per day
- $60,000 - $65,000 PRO RATA to days worked
