/n Hays is partnering with Commonwealth Bank to recruit multiple Business Banking Customer Service Specialists. Based in Sydney CBD, this is an opportunity to join a Big Four bank supporting business customers across Australia while gaining valuable banking and customer service experience. Your new roleAs a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support with their accounts and banking enquiries.

/n You'll handle approximately 30 inbound calls per day, helping customers find solutions, resolve issues and navigate their banking needs.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to: /n /n

- Managing inbound customer enquiries

/n

- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions

/n

- Navigating multiple systems to access customer information

/n

- Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction

/n

- Working collaboratively within a structured team workplace

/n /n

What you'll need to succeed/n /n

- Previous customer service experience is essential

/n





- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner

/n

- Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions

/n

- Resilience, adaptability and a customer-first mindset

/n

- Confidence learning new systems and processes

/n

- Strong attention to detail

/n /n
