? The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to work directly with our CEO and Founder and own customer success end to end: onboarding, retention, expansion, and outcomes.

✅ What You'll Do

- Own onboarding for new clinics coming onto CareGP, making sure the transition is smooth from day one
- Own retention and the ongoing health of your customer base
- Own expansion within existing accounts as clinics see more value from the product
- Own outcomes, making sure customers are actually getting results, not just using the product

? What We're Looking For




- 3–6 years in customer-facing roles, ideally SaaS
- Early stage to growth stage startup experience, and you enjoy this phase
- Sharp, rapid, and commercially minded
- Love building, and delivering world-class customer service and results
