Our client is a prominent provider of advanced security, access control, and CCTV solutions globally. Renowned for delivering high-quality, customised systems using state-of-the-art technology, they are now seeking an experienced Electronic Security Project Manager to join their team, with a primary focus on complex data centre projects.

Role Overview

- Supervise project staff, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure the efficient utilisation of labour, materials, and time while maintaining project budgets and maximising profitability.
- Manage the delivery of electronic security solutions across data centre environments, including security alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and integrated security platforms.
- Coordinate project programs, site activities, procurement, documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, principal contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects meet stringent data centre requirements, including safety, quality, security, compliance, change control, and operational continuity.
- Maintain exemplary customer satisfaction and a safe work environment.
- Adaptability to the changing pace and priorities of the role is essential.
- Encourage suggestions and initiatives that improve project delivery and broader company operations.

Qualifications and Skills





- Demonstrated experience in project management and contracts administration, preferably within data centres, critical infrastructure, or other high-security environments.
- Experience delivering electronic security projects involving Security Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV.
- A robust understanding of project scheduling, cost control, procurement, variations, risk management, and subcontractor coordination.
- Possess a high degree of commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Punctual, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
- Minimum 2C Security Licence.
- Familiarity with data centre construction processes, commissioning requirements, permit systems, and strict site-access protocols will be highly regarded.
