Looking for Data Migration and Test Coordinator - Brisbane Your New Company: Join the QLD State Government and contribute to a major enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative focused on modernising financial, procurement, and operational systems. You will be part of a collaborative project environment delivering critical digital transformation outcomes that support frontline and corporate operations.

Your New Role: As the Data Migration and Test Coordinator, you will report to the Project Technical Lead and take ownership of the end-to-end data migration and testing activities across the SAP project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), overseeing data validation and cleansing activities, and ensuring successful migration into the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.

Managing data migration, mapping, transformation, and validation activities

Developing and executing testing strategies, test plans, and test cases

Coordinating UAT and SIT activities with business and technical stakeholders

Recording, analysing, and resolving defects throughout the testing lifecycle

Collaborating with project teams to meet testing and migration deadlines

Engaging with business units to understand and support operational data requirements





Ensuring compliance with governance, security, and audit standards

Providing training, support, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and end users

What You Will Need to Succeed: Proven experience managing data migration activities within large ERP transformation programs

Strong understanding of data cleansing, mapping, validation, and transformation methodologies

Experience coordinating UAT and SIT activities

Prior experience working on SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA migration projects or similar enterprise implementations

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced project environments

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
