We are recruiting two senior Delivery Heads to lead strategic enterprise accounts. One in Sydney and one in Brisbane. You will be accountable for service performance, transformation, client relationships, commercial outcomes and multidisciplinary teams across Australia and global delivery centres.

The role covers ongoing operations, projects, transitions and modernisation across cloud, infrastructure, networks, security, workplace services and application operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end account delivery, meeting contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement across cloud, infrastructure, workplace, automation and service integration.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and lead service reviews, steering committees and governance forums.
- Manage critical incidents, escalations, operational risks, business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead local, offshore and partner teams, developing capability and transparent accountability.
- Own delivery financials, including revenue, margin, forecasting, productivity and cost optimisation.
- Support contract renewals, service expansion and account growth.

About you





- 15+ years' experience in technology services, managed services or enterprise delivery, including substantial senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven ownership of a large strategic account or complex enterprise delivery environment.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple service areas and suppliers.
- A track record of maintaining operational stability while delivering transformation or major transitions.
- strong executive stakeholder management, communication and escalation management skills.
- Broad knowledge of ITSM/SIAM, cloud, data centres, networks, cyber security, workplace services and application operations.
- Strong commercial capability across account P&L;, forecasting, contract governance and risk management.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, SRE and public, private and hybrid cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications in ITIL, cloud, program management or governance are desirable.
