Delivery Manager – Dynamics 365 | Education

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in IT Delivery / Program / Project Management.
- Solid hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, transformation, integration, and enhancement projects.
- Mandatory experience working within the Education sector , such as universities, TAFEs, colleges, schools, or education technology organisations.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology projects across student management, CRM, finance, admissions, enrolment, learning, or related education systems.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 , Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, APIs, integrations, and Microsoft technology ecosystems.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery including planning, requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to BAU.
- Strong experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
- Proven ability to manage internal teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or hybrid delivery methodologies .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Education / Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline .
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master , or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in the Education sector will be highly regarded and may substitute for some formal qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and projects within the Education sector .
- Work closely with universities, education business units, academic and administrative stakeholders.
- Manage project planning, governance, delivery milestones, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, functional, technical, data, integration, and vendor teams.
- Ensure Dynamics 365 solutions meet education-sector business and operational requirements.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and project governance forums.
- Drive testing, deployment, change management, training, and transition to BAU
