Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery and optimization of Agile projects, ensuring high performance and scalability in a energetic environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore teams, to gather requirements and translate them into Agile project solutions, leveraging exposure to cloud technologies.
- Mentor and guide Agile teams, providing leadership and best practices in project management.
- Evaluate and enhance existing project delivery systems, implementing Agile methodologies and best practices to maintain project accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Agile project management landscape.

Qualifications





- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a strong understanding of project management processes.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, with familiarity in working with onshore/offshore teams.
- Previous experience leading Agile projects in the data and analytics domain would be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
