About the Role

We are seeking motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistants to join our team at our modern Mawson Lakes practice. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will provide chairside assistance, prepare treatment rooms, maintain infection control and sterilisation standards, and assist with stock management and general clinical support duties. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and caring approach will help create a positive experience for our patients at every visit.

Working closely with our Dentists,



Oral Health Therapists and Practice Manager, you will be part of a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality dental care.

Skills & Experience

You have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice

- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office

- Dental 4 Windows (D4W) experience preferable

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (Desirable)

You are:

- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail

- Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills

- Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
