Dental Assistant – Casual Position (2–3 Days per Week)
We are a friendly and patient-focused dental practice seeking a mature, reliable, and professional Dental Assistant to join our team on a long-term casual basis for 2 -3days a week with possibility for more days in the future .
Prior experience is preferred but someone wanting to get into dental industry is more than welcome to apply.
This role is ideal for someone who has flexible schedule, enjoys working in a supportive setting, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and who can follow instructions
Please note this role is for a Dental Assistant only and not a reception position.
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting dentists chairside during various dental treatments
- Maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and organising instruments
- Supporting patients throughout their appointments
- Providing occasional assistance with administrative tasks when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has dental assisting experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Communicates well and is comfortable interacting with patients
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Is punctual, professional, and works well within a team
