Dental Hygienist | Full Books, Dedicated DA Support & High-Tech Practice (No Weekends!)

Tired of empty chairs, working without a DA, or contractor uncertainty?

Join East Brisbane’s premier practice as we expand into a brand-new 5-chair clinic!

The Role & Why You’ll Love It

Are you an AHPRA-registered Dental Hygienist who loves preventative care, building genuine patient relationships, and working in a fun, energetic environment?

If you are frustrated by unreliable contractor arrangements, unpredictable empty books, or having to manage your surgery without a dedicated Dental Assistant, it is time for a change.

We are looking for an energetic, growth-minded Hygienist to join our team in a stable, fully employed position (with paid leave, superannuation, and true job security).

In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional preventative and periodontal care to both adults and children using evidence-based dentistry.
- Build strong patient rapport, rebooking check-ups to keep your books full and health outcomes high.
- Confidently discuss aesthetic goals and plant seeds for complex treatment, collaborating seamlessly with our dentists when out-of-scope opportunities arise.
- Enjoy working side-by-side with a dedicated Dental Assistant every single day—so you can focus 100% on patient care.

Your Hopes & Aspirations You don’t just want a "job"—you want a clinical home where you can grow, feel valued, and actually enjoy coming to work.

You aspire to

- Work in a culture that values collaboration, quality, innovation, sincerity, and integrity.
- Be part of a bubbly, tight-knit team where you can laugh, joke, and bring your authentic energy to work.
- Master the latest in-office digital tech and stay at the forefront of modern dentistry.
- Expand your skills with structured CPD, training, and clear scorecards that support your personal and professional growth.
