Tuesday 8am-6pm

Friday 8am-6pm

We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised administrative/reception staff member. As the first point of contact for patients, you will make them feel welcome with your warm and skilled manner. You will help keep the practice running smoothly by keeping the books and patient data organised. We are happy to train you from scratch so no experience is required, but our pay rate will reflect the experience you have. Hard workers who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

- Answering and making phone calls

- Scheduling appointments and organising patient data using practice management software

- Answering emails and organising the inbox

- Maintaining balanced and productive patient books

- Answering patient queries, making follow up calls and communicating between the clinician and patient

- Assisting the clinician in writing e-mails and letters

- Liaising with other clinic services e.g. IT support

- Following up on referrals and requests from dentists

- Processing payments

About you

- No experience required,



but administrative, dental and endodontic experience is a plus

- Friendly with good phone manner

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Helpful by nature, ready to assist patients in your best capacity

- Good problem-solving skills and willing to learn about the root canal process

- Organised, punctual and task-oriented

- Positive attitude, a team player with integrity
