The Opportunity

We are looking for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join us part-time, with a genuine view to go full-time as we grow. You will be the heart and soul of this new chapter - a friendly local face our patients love to see, keeping both the surgery and front desk running smoothly.

- Days: Wednesday to Friday (3 days a week).
- Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Strictly no weekends or late nights).
- Start Date: Versatile for the right person.

What your days will look like?

- Patient Care & Front Desk: Greeting locals, managing appointments, health fund claims, and workflows using Principal software.
- Clinical Support: Chairside assisting, room prep, managing lab work with modern equipment, and instrument sterilisation.
- Team Collaboration: Participating in our weekly open-mic meetings where everyone has a voice to share ideas and improvements.

What you will bring?

- Experience:



Around 2 years of dental assisting and reception experience is ideal; Principal software skills area a massive plus.
- Traits: Great attention to detail, robust multitasking skills, and a warm, conversational approach with patients.
- Vibe: Reliable, collaborative, and brings a positive attitude and sense of humour to work.
- Bonus: A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) is a great plus, but not a dealbreaker.
