About the Role

Gippsland Grammar seeks an experienced educational leader to join the Campus Leadership Team as Deputy Head of Campus based at our Bairnsdale campus. You will act as Head of Campus in the absence of the principal, lead teaching and learning initiatives, support curriculum development, and oversee campus operations and wellbeing programs.

This is a fixed-term (3 years), full-time role with a 12% of Level 9 monetary allowance along with 0.6FTE time release. Successful applicants will participate actively in school events and the wider community, serving as an ambassadorial representative of Gippsland Grammar.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning across the campus, including evidence-informed pedagogical approaches
- Provide curriculum, staff and instructional leadership; coach and develop teacher capability
- Use student learning data to identify priorities and guide continuous improvement
- Support wellbeing initiatives and daily campus operations
- Act as Head of Campus when required
- Champion the school's Anglican ethos, Vision, Mission and Values across the campus community

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated educational leadership with a track record of improving student learning and engagement




- Proven capacity to lead curriculum development and implementation
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams
- Personal commitment to the Anglican ethos and the school's values
- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence (at least probationary)
