It's a busy, nurse led cosmetic and skin clinic on the Central Gold Coast. The nursing team are booked weeks ahead and the clients are loyal and already invested in their skin. The menu is clinical, not fluffy. Medical grade skin needling, exosome needling, Cosmelan, professional chemical peels, PRF needling and LED are already on the books and selling. What's been missing is a dermal to own them, and the owner is keen to keep broadening the skin offering with the right person leading it.

The clinic is led by a senior cosmetic nurse who also trains other practitioners, so the standards are high and you'll be working alongside people who genuinely know skin.

And it's local. No sitting on the M1 to Brisbane, parking on site, and it's right on the light rail line between Broadbeach and Burleigh.

What you would be doing

- Running skin consultations and building treatment plans clients stick with
- Medical grade skin needling across face, neck and décolletage
- Exosome needling and Cosmelan depigmentation programs, including the homecare side
- A range of professional chemical peels, and LED as a standalone treatment and for recovery support
- Working alongside the nurses on combined treatments like PRF needling
- Helping shape and grow the skin menu as the clientele builds
- Homecare recommendations with medical grade skincare that feel like advice, not a sell





The detail

- Starting casual with guaranteed hours, with the opportunity to move to permanent
- Monday, Thursday and alternating Saturdays, with flexibility on days and times for the right person
- Every Saturday is available if you'd prefer it
- Daytime hours, with Saturdays finishing early afternoon
- Hours will increase as the skin side of the clinic grows
- $35 to $50 per hour depending on experience
- A small, senior, nurse led team with a doctor as Medical Director
- Parking on site and an easy trip on the light rail

What you need

- A dermal therapy qualification, such as a Bachelor of Dermal Science, Advanced Diploma or equivalent
- Solid hands on experience in clinical skin, particularly skin needling and a variety of chemical peels
- Real confidence in your skills and knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously and run your own column
- A genuine passion for skin and a strong work ethic
- A warm, professional bedside manner and a solid eye for detail in your treatment plans and records
- Experience with SkinCeuticals or Mesoestetic products is a bonus
