Job Responsibilities1. Act as the technical representative for overseas modular building projects, to communicate, clarify and confirm design requirements with overseas clients, local consultants and the Company’s overseas subsidiaries.
- Lead the in-house project design team to deliver competitive solutions for clients.
- Be familiar with domestic and international bidding procedures and key points for interpreting technical tenders; organize and cooperate with relevant departments to prepare bidding proposals.
- Be familiar with domestic and overseas project approval processes and the compilation of approval documentation.
- Organize reviews of project technical proposals; verify the compliance and feasibility of architectural, structural, interior, MEP and HVAC technical schemes, drawings and materials.
- Assist relevant departments of the Company in meeting project cost control targets.
- Conduct technical post-project reviews upon project completion,
continuously summarize and institutionalize project lessons learned.
- Organize and sort project documents to ensure completeness, submit for filing and maintain traceability.
Job Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Architecture or Structural Engineering, with no less than 8 years of working experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Solid goal orientation, with passion to align the team and fully commit to achieving objectives.
- Proven experience independently undertaking architectural design or construction work; experience in prefabricated industrialized buildings is preferred.
- Prior overseas architectural design or construction experience in the UK, US, Australia or New Zealand is preferred.
- Work location: East Coast of Australia, with ad-hoc business travel require.
