For more than 120 years, Plunkett Homes has been providing West Australians with a place to call home. Now, we’re seeking a talented Designer to continue this legacy.

We’re looking for a creative, dynamic and focused Designer who brings with them at least two years’ experience across single-storey, double-storey, and rural home design.

About the role:

- Produce great-quality designs for single-storey, double-storey and rural homes
- Liaise with Sales Reps and other parties to ensure the client achieves their dream home
- Ensure compliance with all R-Codes, AS, BCA and Shire requirements
- Read and review DAP and LDP documents to produce compliant schedules
- Look for productive and cost-effective solutions to design requests
- Maintain a fast-paced and energetic work ethic
- Create striking elevations using 3D software packages




- Work alongside other departments to problem solve and ensure smooth operation.

We're looking for someone with:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential design for single-storey, double-storey and rural homes in Western Australia
- A Diploma of Drafting and Design
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD
- An eye for aesthetics and good design flow
- The ability to problem solve
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with different construction types (double brick, timber framing, brick veneer)
- Current authority to work in Australia.
