- Develop scopes for consultants based on the Project Brief and Contract Requirements.
- Develop and manage the Design Program - Implement and manage the Safety in Design process.
- Statutory Authority liaison What We’re Looking For - Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
- To have worked as an architect or engineer for a minimum of 3 years (post-graduation) followed by a minimum of 5 years with a building contractor in a Design Manager, Project Engineer or Project Manager role; or alternatively has worked in the construction industry for a minimum 5+ years with exposure to design management.
- Significant site exposure.
- Experience across a range of project types (commercial, education, health, correctional and residential) and project values; and - Significant experience on projects in excess of $60m.
