Our client is an established healthcare organisation seeking a hands-on Desktop Support professional to support users across multiple sites.

The Role

Provide Level 1 & 2 onsite and remote desktop support, resolving technical issues and maintaining IT systems.

Key responsibilities include

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Manage incidents and tickets via ServiceNow
- Deploy and configure devices and applications
- Support Microsoft 365 and user accounts
- Assist with upgrades and system rollouts

Your Skills & Experience

- Level 1 & 2 desktop support experience
- Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Hardware and network troubleshooting
- Intune / SCCM highly regarded
- Strong communication and customer service
- Valid driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights

You're a proactive Desktop Support professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering great customer service. You're confident troubleshooting technical issues, managing competing priorities and working independently or within a team.
