The Role This role will have responsibility for leading the development of multiple medium-density apartment developments. Partnering with market-leading architects and interior designers, these developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end owner occupier market.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership for developments across feasibility, design, sales & marketing, construction and settlement. You will have a passion for high-end residential development, strong commercial acumen and will enjoy working collaboratively.
About You Candidates for this role must have a proven track record working as a Development Manager, successfully delivering apartment developments on the Eastern seaboard, combined with the following skillset & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills with high level of emotional intelligence
- Understanding of full development lifecycle with proven experience managing a development end-end.
- Robust Project Management skills
- High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development
