- Hands-on experience supporting DevOps enterprise platforms, applications and infrastructure in production environments.
- Strong practical experience writing and maintaining Python scripts for automation, operational support, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge or experience with MongoDB administration, database operations, troubleshooting, performance monitoring or developer support. Recent or previous experience is acceptable.
- Experience using monitoring, logging and alerting tools to identify issues and maintain platform stability.
- Ability to investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of deployment pipelines, Git and release management processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills across applications, platforms, scripts and database-related issues.
- Ability to work with developers, infrastructure teams, database administrators and other technical stakeholders.
