A bit about the job:

As a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator, you'll support the account management team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client accounts across a range of digital channels. You'll work alongside experienced Account Managers and specialist teams, with real responsibility from day one.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting Account Managers with the coordination of client accounts across Google Ads, SEO, social media, and some web development projects

- Attending client meetings, contributing ideas and input, taking notes, and distributing summaries and action items promptly

- Helping prepare structured meeting agendas and supporting materials so client sessions are focused and productive

- Preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and campaign summaries

- Assisting with keyword research to support new campaign development





- Liaising with internal specialist teams to track progress and act as your clients voice internally!

- Assisting with creative briefs for the design and web development teams

- Logging all billable time accurately using our project management system (Accelo)

- Bringing fresh ideas to the table — we are all ears!

About you

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or client-facing role (internships and work placements count)

- A basic understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, SEO, and social media

- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine people person who enjoys building and maintaining relationships

- Someone who asks questions and is ready to keep learning

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a bonus (we use Accelo)

- Relevant tertiary study in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential
