About PS Digital PS Digital is a Perth-based creative and digital agency delivering branding, websites and digital marketing for businesses across Australia.

We’re a small, collaborative team with high standards. We work hard, enjoy what we do and celebrate valuable results. Everyone contributes, takes responsibility and respects the effort their colleagues put in.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong, hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads capability. You need to arrive with the knowledge and practical experience to manage campaigns confidently.

The role You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, own their day-to-day marketing delivery and ensure activity stays aligned with their business objectives.

Our delivery model gives you specialist support, with clear responsibilities:

- Google Ads and Meta Ads: You personally handle campaign builds, targeting, budgets, ad setup, conversion tracking checks, monitoring, optimisation and implementation of changes. We engage consultants to help plan campaign ideas, troubleshoot and provide specialist advice. The Account Manager owns day-to-day execution and follows through on agreed recommendations.
- Social media and EDM: You own the plan, messaging, briefs, approvals and deadlines. Social media assistants support execution. You review their work and ensure it stays aligned with the client’s strategy.
- SEO: Our SEO Analysts execute the technical and optimisation work. You are the link between them and the client, coordinating priorities, monitoring progress and explaining recommendations and results. Sound SEO knowledge is essential.

Across your accounts, you will:

- Understand each client’s business, audience, objectives and agreed scope.
- Turn strategic direction into clear tasks, briefs and deadlines.
- Review campaign performance and budget pacing, investigate issues and take action.
- Lead client meetings and explain results, recommendations and next steps.
- Keep clients informed and respond to enquiries within one business day.
- Coordinate specialists and assistants, check work and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
- Manage approvals, expectations and scope.
- Maintain accurate account records, time entries and handovers.
- Identify relevant opportunities to improve results and grow accounts.

What you must bring
- Previous agency experience managing multiple digital marketing accounts.
- Strong existing knowledge and hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads. You must be able to build, manage and optimise campaigns yourself.
- A clear understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative testing and conversion tracking.
- The ability to diagnose underperformance, distinguish tracking issues from campaign issues and recommend practical action.
- Sound SEO knowledge, including how technical SEO, content and on-page optimisation contribute to results.

- Experience planning social media and EDM activity and briefing others to execute it.
- Confident client communication, including reporting discussions and difficult conversations.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and commercial judgement.

We’ll help you learn our clients, systems and processes. We expect you to bring the core advertising skills already.

How we work—and what we expect We’re unapologetic about expecting effort, initiative and accountability.

You follow through. You complete agreed work, manage deadlines and implement recommendations without repeated reminders.

You think and act. You notice what needs attention, investigate and take the next step. You use consultants effectively and turn their advice into action.

You own delivery. You give clear briefs, check progress and review completed work. Delegating a task means coordinating it through to completion.

You communicate honestly. You provide accurate updates, own mistakes and raise workload constraints, delays or client concerns early.

You contribute. You take feedback constructively, share knowledge and treat colleagues with respect. You bring energy and help solve problems.

Our approach is work hard, play hard: focused effort during working hours, pride in good work and room for a laugh and celebrating success.

Working arrangements This is a permanent full-time role based in our Perth CBD office, working 35 paid hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Our flexible work policy is available after successful completion of probation, subject to approval.
