About us

Gratitude In Home Care provides aged care services under the Support at Home program. NorthPoint Disability provides NDIS supports and DVA community nursing. Both are part of one group based in Preston, Victoria, supporting older people and people with disability to live well at home.

About the role

You will own digital marketing for both Gratitude In Home Care and NorthPoint Disability. The role combines three things: creating marketing materials and web content for the aged care and NDIS sectors, tracking the market and regulatory changes that affect how we position our services, and using AI automation and CRM development to improve how the business captures and manages enquiries.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, build and publish their own work, and who keeps improving it as the market changes.

Key responsibilities

Digital marketing and content

- Create digital marketing materials for the aged care and NDIS sectors, including social media content, email campaigns, flyers, brochures and event materials.
- Write and publish web content and blogs that explain our services clearly to older people, NDIS participants, families, carers and referrers.
- Keep each brand's voice, look and messaging consistent across every channel.
- Make sure all published content is accurate and meets aged care, NDIS and consumer law advertising requirements.

Web design and management

- Design, build and maintain the Gratitude In Home Care and NorthPoint Disability websites.
- Improve site structure, accessibility, search visibility and enquiry conversion.
- Track website and campaign performance, and report on results with recommendations.

Market research and competitor intelligence

- Research competitors' services,

pricing and published fee schedules, and keep a current comparison.
- Monitor competitor marketing activity and positioning.
- Brief management on market movements that affect our pricing, messaging or service offering.

Industry and regulatory monitoring

- Track changes to rules and legislation affecting the sector, including the Support at Home program, the Aged Care Act, NDIS pricing arrangements and DVA requirements.
- Update website content, marketing materials and messaging promptly when rules change.
- Summarise changes in plain language for staff and clients.

AI automation and process improvement

- Identify manual marketing and administrative processes that can be improved with AI and automation tools.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for content production, enquiry handling, reporting and follow-up.
- Review systems regularly and keep improving them as the market and technology change.

CRM development

- Develop and maintain the CRM across both brands, including lead capture, pipelines, segmentation and automated follow-up.
- Connect the CRM to website forms, event enquiries and campaigns.
- Keep data accurate and handled in line with privacy requirements, and report on lead sources and conversion.
