WHO ARE WE? We’re partnering with an IT services business looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to help drive its next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity, combining strategic thinking with practical execution across digital campaigns, website optimisation and events.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll build and manage lead generation campaigns that turn interest into enquiries and booked appointments. From running Google Ads and Meta campaigns to creating WordPress landing pages, you’ll test, track and refine activity to improve performance. You’ll also refresh website content and branding, strengthen visibility through SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and support lead nurturing and marketing automation.

Alongside digital activity, you’ll organise conferences, roundtables, workshops and client events, driving registrations and attendance.





Working with technology vendors and distributors, you’ll explore opportunities to secure marketing development funding for campaigns and events.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns and delivering measurable results
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
- Strong WordPress skills, including website updates and landing page creation
- Practical SEO knowledge and an understanding of AEO
- Confidence analysing results and improving lead quality and conversion
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- An interest in IT and the ability to turn technical information into engaging marketing

IT’S NICE TO HAVE:

- GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation experience
- B2B marketing and event management experience
- Experience working with technology vendors or securing marketing development funds
- Previous experience within an MSP, systems integrator or IT services business
