WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Supporting paid advertising activity across Google Ads and Meta.
- Optimising website content and supporting SEO initiatives.
- Managing email marketing campaigns, CRM activity and customer communications.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working with internal teams, creative specialists or external agencies to deliver campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Experience in digital marketing, either in-house or within an agency.
- Exposure to one or more channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing or social media.
- An understanding of digital analytics, campaign reporting and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset,



attention to detail and a willingness to get hands-on.
- A genuine interest in digital trends, new platforms and improving campaign performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous media agency experience
- Experience across media planning, buying or activation
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and media partners
- Someone commercially minded, organised and keen to keep learning
