About the Role

Working across digital printing and pre-press, you will be responsible for preparing artwork, operating digital printing equipment and ensuring jobs are produced accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating Konica Minolta digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products.

- Preparing customer artwork and ensuring files are ready for print production.

- Performing pre-flight checks, imposition, proofing and basic colour corrections.

- Monitoring print quality and adjusting settings as required.

- Managing jobs from artwork preparation and approval through to final print output.

- Identifying and resolving artwork,



file and printing issues.

- Managing production priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Maintaining equipment and ensuring the production area remains clean, safe and organised.

Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- At least one year of experience operating digital printing equipment in a commercial print environment.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

- An understanding of digital print production, artwork preparation and print quality.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines.

- A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.

Experience that would be an advantage:

- Fiery RIP software and digital print workflow management.

- Pre-press, imposition and colour management.

- Wide-format printing and print finishing processes.
