We’re a community-based, not-for-profit early learning centre welcoming expressions of interest for Lead and Assistant Educator opportunities across our Belonging, Being and Becoming / Cribb Kindy spaces.

Find your space

Belonging Room | Babies aged 0–2 | 8 children A small babies room where responsive care, individual routines and trusting relationships shape each day. Bring your understanding of infant development and help create a calm, nurturing environment where babies and their families feel secure. Being Room | Toddlers aged 18 months–3 years | Group size of 9–12 children

Support our toddlers through a stage full of discovery, growing independence and learning to understand their feelings. Bring your understanding of toddler development, calm guidance and play-based learning to a team that values consistent, responsive practice.

Becoming / Cribb Kindy | 22 children

Work alongside an experienced, supportive Early Childhood Teacher in a team that includes a Becoming Lead Educator and an additional educator. Positions are available for 2027.

Together, you’ll support children’s curiosity, friendships and growing independence, contributing your strengths and ideas to the learning environment and daily program.

What you’ll bring

For our Lead Educator positions,



we’re looking for Diploma-qualified educators who can guide daily room practice, support their colleagues and build a team that communicates clearly and works well together. You’ll bring experience relevant to your preferred age group, sound judgement and the confidence to take ownership of your role. For our Assistant Educator positions, we welcome Certificate III or Diploma-qualified educators who work collaboratively, take initiative and contribute to a warm, engaging learning environment. You’ll be confident supporting children’s individual needs, building relationships with families and contributing to the daily program.

Across all opportunities, we value:

- Relevant recognised early childhood qualifications, with current clearances and training.
- Warm, responsive interactions and a strong commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing.
- Confident, professional communication with families—from everyday updates to thoughtful conversations about a child’s needs.
- Current knowledge of the EYLF and NQF, with the ability to put that knowledge into everyday practice.
- Meaningful contributions to planning and documentation that reflect children’s interests, development and learning.
- An understanding of children’s changing developmental needs and the evolving needs and experiences of families.
- Initiative, teamwork and a willingness to reflect and keep developing your practice.

For our babies and toddlers roles, a sound understanding of secure sleep, individual care routines and responsive caregiving is also essential. We value educators who see families as partners. Keeping parents informed, listening to their knowledge of their child, adapting your approach and building trust are central to our work.

8 babies in Belonging, 9–12 children in Being, and 22 children in Becoming / Cribb Kindy, with an experienced Early Childhood Teacher guiding our Kindy team.
