You will bring a wealth of experience and technical expertise to:

- Leading complex people matters.
- Delivering strategic insights and advice to senior leaders.
- Ethical standards, misconduct prevention strategies, and integrity frameworks within the public sector.
- industrial and employment relations.
- leading and mentoring a team in managing high-risk matters,



including investigations.
- representing the department across the sector and maintain effective relationships.
