Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riverstone, NSW. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations across custom switchboard fabrication and modular switchboard distribution, ensuring production quality, safety, and delivery timelines are consistently met.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, managing workflows and resource allocation, and optimizing the use of advanced machinery and powder coating facilities. The Director will drive business development, maintain key client relationships, and support pricing, budgeting, and project planning activities. This role also involves implementing continuous improvement initiatives, upholding compliance with industry standards,



and collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, electrical switchboards, or a closely related industrial environment.
- Strong operational management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, quality control, and safety management.
- Experience working with or overseeing metal fabrication processes (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium) and finishing operations such as powder coating.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract or project management.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and represent the business professionally with suppliers and partners.
- Demonstrated skills in team development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, business management, or a related field are highly regarded; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- Understanding of applicable Australian standards, WHS requirements, and compliance frameworks within manufacturing or electrical industries.
- Willingness to be hands-on on site in Riverstone and closely engaged with production, logistics, and client-facing activities.
