As our highly valued Director, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.
Reporting to the General Manager, Queensland Operations, you will be a trusted strategic partner, organisational improvement leader and operational manager within the Queensland Operations Division.
Working closely with the General Manager and Queensland Operations Leadership Team, you will exercise significant judgement and autonomy in translating strategic priorities and organisational insights into practical programs that improve client impact, employee engagement, operational effectiveness and divisional performance.
You will be accountable for the ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of TIQ’s client engagement strategy and framework, including its operating model, governance and organisational adoption.
You will also lead the Directorate team responsible for business operations, governance, planning, stakeholder relationships and ministerial correspondence, ensuring these functions support the strategic priorities and effective operation of Queensland Operations.
Based in Brisbane, here’s what your role will involve:
- Leading organisational improvement and transformation: Partner with the General Manager to identify improvement opportunities; design and deliver transformation initiatives; facilitate planning and improvement workshops; establish governance and reporting; monitor outcomes and advantages realisation.
- Acting as trusted strategic advisor and implementation partner. Provide analysis and advice, coordinate delivery of strategic priorities, support decision-making and build alignment across Queensland Operations.
- Driving divisional performance and business planning: Lead business planning, KPI monitoring, reporting, performance analysis, budgeting support and accountability frameworks.
- Leading strategic programmes and initiatives: Manage complex cross-functional programmes, governance, risks, milestones, stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes.
- Leading client engagement capability and CRM business advice: Act as CRM Business Owner and maintain the client engagement strategy, operating model and adoption framework.
- Building a high-performing Directorate: Lead, coach and develop the team while fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strengthening organisational governance and collaboration: Lead governance processes, executive reporting, ministerial briefings, risk management and stakeholder relationship planning for Queensland Operations.
