We have an exciting opportunity for one (1) director to join our highly experienced Board of Directors, whose members bring a diverse range of professional, commercial, cultural and community expertise, together with strong connections to our local communities. The Board operates through a distinctive and team-oriented governance model that values the knowledge, skills, experience and perspectives of all directors.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s future strategic direction and continued success, while working collectively to support the economic, cultural and social wellbeing of Central Australia and its Aboriginal communities.

Yeperenye Pty Ltd is a successful indigenous, privately owned, property investment and management company, based in Alice Springs. It has six (6) retail and five (5) commercial properties in Australia, of which nine (9) are in Alice Springs and two (2) in alternate locations around Australia.

Our current Board consists of seven (7) directors of which one (1) will reach the end of a five (5) term at our upcoming 2026 AGM.



The position we are seeking expressions of interest for require expertise and experience in one or more of the following fields to be eligible for election or appointment to contribute to a well-rounded Board:

(A) finance/accounting;

(B) legal;

(C) corporate governance;

(D) commercial dealings;

(E) strategic planning;

(F) risk management;

(G) community engagement;

(H) Aboriginal affairs; and

(I) community representation
