AbilityCircle Pty Ltd is looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home and community support in the Parramatta, Auburn and surrounding areas.
Current Shifts Available
Monday – Friday | Morning
8:00am – 10:45am
Support includes
- Personal care and morning routine
- Showering and dressing
- Toileting assistance
- Breakfast preparation
- Household tasks
- Getting ready for the day
Monday & Wednesday | Afternoon 3:45pm – 6:45pm
Tuesday & Thursday | Afternoon
3:45pm – 7:15pm
Afternoon shifts involve providing assistance and support as required.
Saturday | Morning
6:00am – 10:30am
Support with getting ready for the day and attending a regular community activity.
Additional Hours Available
There are also opportunities for additional weekday, weekend and inactive overnight shifts, with further hours expected to become available.
About You
We are looking for Support Workers who are:
- Caring, patient and respectful
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident providing personal care and daily living support
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to build positive and respectful relationships
- Versatile and available for regular shifts
- Experienced in disability or community support
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience
- Australian working rights
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
Location - Parramatta, Auburn & surrounding areas Casual / Part-Time – Regular ongoing shifts available
