Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Experience providing support to clients with complex challenging behaviours and a sound understanding of adhering to PBS plans will be advantageous.

Responsibilities may include:

- Provide support to individuals in need
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals




- Monitor and report any changes in an individual’s condition
- Provide a protected and comfortable environment for individuals

Qualifications and attributes:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Basic computer skills
- Valid NSW driver’s license and reliable transportation
- All mandatory NDIS checks
