We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate support workers to provide quality support to the participant in SIL environment.

For this role you MUST be willing to drive between the Melton & Rockbank, and have a minimum of 20 hours per week of availability with willingness to do sleepovers.

Key responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Meal prep, light domestic support and household tasks including cleaning,gardening
- Medication prompting and or administration
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transport and community access

About you

- A genuine passion for helping others
- A reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel
- At least 6 months of experience in support work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for weekday mornings and evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate III in individual support)
- Up-to-date police check




- First aid and CPR certification
- Practical manual handling
- Current drivers licence
- Comprehensive car insurance
